What this means is that it is more important than ever to have you house stand out. Its simple Hal, take the time to prepare your house for sale that includes doing any overdue maintenance and getting good staging advice.

Get pricing advice from an agent that sells allot of homes to ensure you price your property accurately.

Finally, don't just advertise and wait, make sure you have a great marketing plan that will actively target potential buyers.

I think for most home sellers it’s not knowing if or when you home might sell and for how much it might sell for. Right now we are seeing allot of houses for sale with this increase in supply it gives buyers allot more options, so it is extremely important that you home stands out.

It need to show its best and be priced accurately and have a solid proven marketing plan exposing it to the right buyers.

Winter is approaching and some people worry that this is not the best time to sell their home but why with your system does season not matter? 

Well this is actually is a very common question. The fact is though time of year really does not matter, it is all about creating demand. I have even sold a house on Christmas Eve! 

All that matters any time of year is that you create demand for your home. How you create demand is by getting great advice on staging, using experienced agents selling enough homes to set the price on your home and having a proven marketing plan that includes a strong online and social media plan is absolutely essential.
